Mark Hood - Parish Administrator

I grew up in Greenville SC and graduated from the Citadel in 1982, earning a graduate degree in 1986, from Clemson University while working as a strength coach.  My coaching stint led me to Houston, and The University of Arizona.  In Arizona I felt the lord's hand guiding me to serve in the Marine Corps.  After my active-duty service,  I remained in the reserves and pursued a career in start-up medical companies, international medical diagnostic firms, followed by a decade of consulting.

I met my wife in high school at Young Life where we both grew to love the lord, we raised 2 children in Charlotte, NC and participated in planting 2 Anglican Churches.  After 40 years, God guided our return to Greenville where we joined St Paul's and are active in ministries and outreach.  We are blessed to call St Paul's home and to grow in knowing Christ and making him known.
